ECONOMY MEDICAL QUICK CONNECTOR
Economy OXYCONNECT™ Quick Connector (CGA-870): A short turn on the adjusting knob locks cylinders in place (1/2 turn locks the cylinder valve). The Economy OXYCONNECT™ Quick Connector forms a gas tight seal with a simple twist of the adjusting screw. Simply position the cylinder in the side loading bay and twist the adjusting knob 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn. During the filling process gas pressures (only 25 psig or more) locks the quick connector to the cylinder valve helping to prevent an accidental release. Simply relieve the gas pressure and turn the adjusting knob 1/2 to 3/4 of a turn and cylinder comes off into your hands. Designed for oxygen service and meets CGA standards. The economy quick connector utilizes aircraft grade aluminum construction with brass for lightweight and durability. Many users advise that their production has increased approximately 2.0 times faster from cylinder loading and unloading.
